Freshly Sleeved #18 — Mobile marketplace & pro sellers unlocked

This is another big step for the Nexus.
The marketplace is now fully available on mobile, pro sellers officially enter CardNexus, and we’ve completely redesigned CSV imports to make massive collection and marketplace onboarding dramatically faster.

Marketplace is now live on mobile

You can now buy and sell directly from the CardNexus mobile app on iOS and Android.

The full marketplace experience is now available in your pocket:

  • Buy missing cards to complete your decks and collections

  • Sell singles and sealed products directly from the app

  • Follow your orders in real time

  • Chat with buyers and sellers directly in the app

  • List products for sale from your inventory

  • Bulk list products after a scanning session

From scanning to selling to checkout — the entire flow is now mobile.

Pro sellers officially supported in Europe

CardNexus now supports Pro Sellers with dedicated marketplace tools and workflows designed for registered businesses.

Pro sellers now unlock:

  • Verified business identity displayed on listings

  • Custom Terms & Conditions and refund policies on seller profiles

  • Monthly CardNexus reports with invoices including fee details

  • B2B VAT handling between Pro Sellers

  • VAT tracking support

  • A brand-new packing slip to print with order details for shipment preparation

The new packing slip is also available for individual sellers — making order preparation cleaner and easier for everyone.

To activate a Pro Seller account, sellers must provide:

  • A valid business registration number

  • A professional address

  • Stripe business identity verification (KYB)

During verification, listings are temporarily suspended, and once upgraded, accounts cannot switch back to individual seller status.

Brand-new CSV importer: import smarter, list faster

We completely redesigned the CSV importer to make large collection imports dramatically faster and more reliable — especially for marketplace and Pro Seller workflows. The new importer now supports:

  • Cardmarket IDs

  • TCGplayer IDs

  • Dreamborn IDs

  • Riot IDs

  • Skryfall IDs

  • And more

Matching is now dramatically more accurate, helping CardNexus identify the exact product with much better reliability. We also introduced:

  • Grouped correction flows to fix multiple rows in one click

  • Faster validation and import handling

  • Marketplace offer imports with selling prices directly from your CSV

And it’s not just for inventory anymore.

You can now import marketplace listings directly from a spreadsheet, including your selling prices inside the CSV itself.
CardNexus will automatically create your sale offers with the imported pricing, making bulk listing dramatically faster and more accurate for large inventories.

Marketplace & inventory improvements

A series of quality-of-life improvements landed across marketplace and inventory flows:

  • Sticky product filters on web

  • Per-seller minimum order amount at checkout

  • New account settings page

  • UI v2 error states with branded illustrations and redesigned error pages

  • New custom 404 page

Fixes & improvements

  • Fixed balance payments being blocked on cross-currency carts when funds were sufficient

  • Paused sellers can now continue managing inventory while their shop is paused

  • Fixed region filter visual issues

  • Shipping address emails now include recipient names

  • Various performance and stability improvements across the platform
