📦 Automated Shipping & Labels

Less shipping setup. More time for your cards. We’re making shipping much easier for sellers. Instead of setting your own shipping prices, CardNexus will automatically calculate the right shipping option for each order based on the package and delivery method selected by the buyer. Once an order is placed, your shipping label will be ready directly on CardNexus—just pack, print, and ship. No more worrying about charging too little for a package that ends up heavier than expected. You’ll also get access to more delivery options, including home delivery and pickup points from multiple carriers. This new shipping experience will launch with French sellers first, with more European countries planned next.

Reattach deleted account's inventory to user's new account (support case aubadass)

Context Support case (Featurebase, opened Aug 6): user aubadass lost access to their account and all their inventory overnight. Root cause: their account had a deletion request from April 29 (requested 19:32:27 UTC, confirmed 29s later, scheduled for May 6). The deletion job was broken at the time and never ran; the user kept using the account all summer (last inventory change July 14, CSV export July 18, last sync Aug 1). When the deletion feature was fixed in August, the stale request executed on Aug 4 at 04:01 UTC, deleting their Clerk login and anonymizing the user row. On Aug 6 the user signed in again with the same Google address and got a fresh empty account. The user's collection was verified against the CSV export they attached in the support thread — exact match, line for line. Accounts Old (deleted) user: 69bbcccad5a6e6043d7081d0 — anonymized (deleted-3d7081d0), deletion_status = deleted, created 2026-03-19 New user: 6a74426727b07fa37709c8a8 — username aubadass, email jdub111085@gmail.com, created 2026-08-06 What's intact The old account's inventory was never purged: 13,060 live lines / 16,403 cards (inventory rows with is_latest = true, valid_to IS NULL), mostly French Magic. Only PII (email, username, Clerk id) was scrubbed. Task Reattach the old account's inventory (and any related per-user data that survived: locations, tags, lists if present) to the new user id 6a74426727b07fa37709c8a8, so the user sees their full collection again. Things to watch: The inventory table is versioned (line_key, valid_from/valid_to); the reattachment should preserve line identity and history consistently. Check inventory_location, inventory_tags, and list membership for the old user id and migrate them together. The new account may already contain a few lines the user re-added since Aug 6 — merge, don't clobber. Support (Julie) has told the user their collection is safe and restoration is coming soon — please ping her when done so she can close the loop with the user. Follow-up (separate concern, may deserve its own issue) A deletion request months past its scheduled date executed without re-validation, even though the account had been actively used up to 3 days before. Stale requests should be re-confirmed or cancelled by account activity.

Scanner freezes completely on launch

Hi, I'm experiencing a reproducible freeze when opening the card scanner. The app becomes fully unresponsive - no crash without the developer setting to force crash on no reaction and no error message. The only way to recover is to force-close the app via the recent apps switcher or App Info > Force Stop. What I've already ruled out: Cleared app cache and force-stopped/relaunched the app Verified Camera and Files/Media permissions are granted ("Allow" / "Allow only while using the app") "Show pop-up windows while running in background" special permissions (HyperOS-specific) Set battery usage to "No restrictions" Tested the stock camera app separately – works fine Disabled MIUI Optimization in Developer Options and rebooted – no change Set a default gallery/photos app – no change Reproducible pattern: The scanner opens reliably only when I launch the app immediately after a full device reboot and go straight into the scanner. On any later attempt in the same session (no reboot in between), the scanner hangs on open every time. Since there appears to be no logging exposed to me and rather the application not even realizing it hangs, I am at a loss on what troubleshooting I can provide further to reign the error in. Without message, pop-up, log I don't see myself finding a setting that influences the behavior. I am not a power user so restarting is workable for me, but maybe there is something to ease the pain at least. For completness sake, two pictures. One where the app hangs when no permisisons are granted. Both continue and the return button are nonreactive. The other where it hangs with permissions granted (and me messing with dev-options in hopes to find ANYthing). The return button is still not reacting. On the latter the animation works fine, until the app was minimized and restored once, then it also hangs. Device info: Phone model: Xiaomi Poco F5 (12GB RAM, Snapdragon 7 8 Core @ 2,91Ghz) Android version: 15 AQ3A.250226.002 HyperOS version: 3.0.4.0.VMREUXM CardNexus app version: 0.9.44 Installed via Play Store
