Abilitiy to Set Minimum Purchase Value

Please let us freely choose a minimum purchase/basket value (EUR equivalent) so we can avoid having people buy only one card worth 22cents or any other amount that is annoying to deal with. This setting could be added to the Selling/Preferences tab below the “Purchase Limit” option. Thanks!
