When I attempt to select all cards in my inventory—and it correctly says “591 cards selected”—when I look at the exported .csv, it only has the first 96 cards in my inventory.
Addendum 2: I now see where the feature I was looking for is. Seems I was completely wrong on multiple levels, at multiple times. Whoops. Apologies.

Addendum: I was able to do what I wanted by going to the grid view and selecting the ‘select all’ option there. It does not appear there is an option to do so on the table view, though.
