Impossible to download Magic

Bug Reports

Just installed the mobile app, and impossible to download Magic cards list to scan them. Is that a known bug ?

    Sorry to hear you have an issue with our scanner. We’ll try to find the solution, we are investating. On your end can you:

    • Could you try to force quit app and open again, and try to install?

    • If still doesn't work, please let us know which Android device you're using + Android OS version, then we'll try to investigate it more

      Tried it already, even unistall and install again, no difference.

      I have a Redmi Note 11, OS 1.0.5.0 TCKEUXM, Android 13 TKQ1.221114.001

        Thanks for your answer! We have 18 users on this specific Android device using the app in April, so not an specific device issue but a combination of things probably that need more investigation. What you could do also is check if you have enough space in your device to download this data. MTG is a big game unfortunately :)
