Missing GEM Pack 5 and Promos this season

GEM Pack 5 cards aren’t available, and also some of the promos from the prize wall and prerelease kits for Omens of the Third Age are missing. I’ve also noticed there are a lot of GEM pack cards duplicated in the “Promos” set.
