One Piece TCG Card Language Images

Hi, is there a specific reason why some of the OP Card are in English and some are in Japanese?
Right know its a mix of both japanese and english. If you need the english pictures for op01 to op13 i can scrape them and send them to you depending on wether you get them by hand or by api.
