Quick Add card number search

When searching for a card by number you have to enter the complete numberi including leading 0. It would be nice if we could leave them out.

E.g.
Searching for card 078 → 78 would suffice.

    Thanks for your feedback, we are improving our search engine continuously, so we will definitely be able to do that at some point ;)
