Using the bulk import workspace
Assemble hundreds of cards in one staging area — via CSV, filters, or text — review and fine-tune them, then add everything to your inventory in one go.

Adding cards one by one is fine for a booster pack — not for a binder. A Bulk import gives you a staging area where you gather products from several sources, review and adjust them, and then add everything to your inventory in a single step. This article shows you how to start one, fill it, review it, and what happens if you step away halfway through.
Starting a bulk import
Open your profile and go to the Inventory tab.
Click Add to inventory and choose Bulk import.
You land in the import workspace. Nothing here touches your inventory yet — products only get added when you commit the import at the end.
Three ways to add products
At the top of the workspace, the Quick addition methods let you pull products in from wherever they are:
Add products from CSV — upload a spreadsheet exported from another platform or built yourself. The upload runs through the guided CSV wizard — see Importing your inventory from a CSV.
Add products by filters — browse the catalog with filters (expansion, rarity, and so on) and pick products straight from the results. Great for "everything I own from this set" situations.
Add products from text — paste a deck list or any one-card-per-line text — see Importing cards from a deck list or text.
You can mix and match: start with a CSV, then paste a deck list on top, then add a few stragglers by filter. Everything lands in the same import.
Reviewing before you commit
The workspace shows every product in your import with its quantity, so you can double-check before anything is added:
Adjust quantities directly on each line.
Turn on the Show only added products filter to hide the catalog noise and see just what's actually in your import.
Advanced import settings
Your three copies of a card aren't always identical — maybe two are Near Mint and one has seen some shuffling. Each product in the import has a gear icon that opens the Advanced import settings dialog, where you can split one product into several lines, each with its own condition, language, and quantity.
For example, for a single card you could set up:
3× Near Mint, English
1× Lightly Played, Japanese
In the dialog you can:
Add import line — add another condition/language/quantity combination for the same product.
Remove from import — take the product out of the import entirely.
Go to product page — open the product's page if you want to double-check which printing you're holding.
When the import is committed, each line becomes its own entry in your inventory.
Committing the import
Once everything looks right, commit the import and the products are added to your inventory. For a large import you'll see a processing status — Processing import… with a running count of items — while everything is added. You don't need to keep the page open in a specific state; just let it finish.
Pending imports
Didn't finish in one sitting? No problem — your import waits for you. The next time you open your inventory, a Bulk import pending banner shows how many products you had selected and for which game, with two choices:
Resume import — pick up the workspace exactly where you left it.
Delete import — discard it. You'll see a summary first (how many products, which game, when you started, and the total value) so you know what you're throwing away. Deleting a pending import is permanent — but remember, nothing from it was ever added to your inventory, so your existing collection is untouched.
Good to know
The condition and language pre-filled on new lines come from your default input settings — you can change the defaults right inside the import via the Default input settings dialog.
One import covers one game. Importing for several games? Run one bulk import per game.
Committing an import adds to your inventory — if you already own two copies of a card and import two more, you'll have four.
