Selling from your inventory

Once your cards are in your inventory, putting them up for sale takes just a few clicks. This article covers listing a single card, listing many at once with bulk pricing tools, and managing your existing listings.

To sell on CardNexus you first need an active seller account — see Getting started as a seller.

The Marketplace tab

At the top of your inventory page you can switch between All my products, Marketplace, and Collection. The Marketplace tab shows only the items you currently have for sale, with a Sell price column you can sort by. You can edit any price directly in that column — click it, type the new price, done. On the All my products tab, items that are for sale carry a For sale badge so you can spot them at a glance.

Listing a single card

Open the … menu on any card in your inventory:

• List for sale — put the card up for sale and set its price.

• Edit listing — change the price or details of an existing listing.

• Cancel listing — take the card off the marketplace. This never deletes the card from your inventory — it simply stops being for sale.

Listing many cards at once

1. Select the cards you want to sell using the checkboxes (see Bulk actions: edit many cards at once).

1. Click List for sale in the selection bar.

1. The Bulk list products for sale screen opens, asking you to Verify the list of products you want to add for sale. Every product appears with its quantity and price so you can review before anything goes live.

Pricing tools

Rather than typing prices one by one, use the Apply to all: options at the top of the review screen:

• Fixed price — give every selected product the same price.

• % of market — price everything at a percentage of its market price (for example 95%).

• +/- market — price everything at market price plus or minus a fixed amount.

Pick a mode, enter your value in Price adjustment, and hit Apply.

What the review screen flags for you

• If a card has no sell price yet, you'll see No sell price set — defaulted to market price. — the market price is used as a starting point, and you can still change it.

• If a card has no market price either, you'll see Market price unavailable - You'll need to enter a sale price manually.

• You can't list more copies than you own — the quantity is capped at your stock.

When everything looks right, confirm. You'll see {n} products ready to hit the market! and your listings go live.

The batch limit

You can list up to 500 different products per batch — but there's no limit on the number of copies of each product. If you're listing more than 500 different cards, simply run a second batch.

Managing existing listings

If some of your selection is already for sale, use Edit listings to update those listings in bulk — the same pricing tools apply.

Good to know

• If your seller account is paused, you'll see a message that Your seller account is paused — re-enable it in your seller settings before listing anything.

• Cancelling a listing (or choosing Stop selling this product in the product details) only removes the item from sale. Your card stays safely in your inventory.

• Prices you set here appear immediately to buyers browsing the marketplace.
